Stirches Primary School celebrated 30 years in 2007.
Stirches
Primary School is a co-eductional, non-denominational school providing
primary education from ante pre school to P7 (Age 3-12).
Present roll: 126 pupils and 30 nursery children. There are 6 mainstream classes. In addition to the 6 classrooms and the nursery, the school benefits from having a gym hall, music room, library and computer room. A large fenced playing field surrounds the school.
Hours of opening during the school term: Monday-Friday 08.30am - 4.30pm
Classes start: Monday - Friday
Morning 08.55am - 12.15pm
Afternoon 1.15pm - 3.15pm
On Fridays all P1 - P7 Classes finish at 2.50pm
N u rsery times:
Morning session: 9.00 - 11.30am
Afternoon session: 12.45 - 3.15pm
Currently pre school children attend morning sessions, pre/anti pre school children afternoon sessions
